Totally trashy weekend.
Took a trip on friday and came back on mondaym totally out of my diet. Ate pasta, thai and sushi and lots of pringles and chocolate.

Must have gained weight for sure.

Gonna weigh in tomorrow.

Provigil Overdrive

Hello ladies,

I had to stay up way late to get some projects done and so I took my Provigil pills.

I usually take them once a week. I work more, earn more money and have more time for myself.

So I went to sleep at about 4 am, woke up at 8 am for my Tennis class, slept until about midday and had some sushis and a snack.

I didn't even look at my diet today, but I didn't feel hungry at all.

Metformine and this GI Diet make...

Well hello ladies.
I have work work wooorrrk today. Cant't chit chat much.

Weigh in today was good.
CW: 179.4

Had
- nonfat yogurt+strawberries+almonds for breakfast (280)
- white bread + butter (250)
- stir-fried tofu with broccoli and tomato (360)
- banana shake (250)
- rest of tofu (350)
TOTAL - 1390

Going Smooth

Diet's been going smooth for the second day.

Dropped to 180.3, I'm really happy about this result actually.

Tomorrow I have tennis and hopefully it will help bring my weight down lower.

Breakfast
3 slices of white bread and butter (240)
Lunch
Pita Pizza with spinach salad and strawberries (396)
