I don't see many if any cysters that smoke...which is weird for me because everyone I am associated with smokes...except my boyfriend (?) it's complicated. Anyway, I joined a website to help me quit. I have 10 packs left which will last me anywhere from 10-14 days depending on how much I smoke. I am hoping to cut down with the last 5 five packs, so it might last even longer, but when I am out I have a plan. I am going to leave the house for a week, I don't know where I am going either my mom my dads or something...the farther the better...everyone in my house (2 people) smoke and one of my friends smokes, and another smokes when she comes over even though she doesn't smoke at all except when over here....it's hard to get away from it. My mom smokes, and is pissed that I do so she don't let me smoke around her even tho she will smoke around me, but I dunno. I really want this more than anything now. I know why not just throw the packs I have out...it's harder than that. Anyway, even tho not directly PCOS related smoking is bad for general health and also I shouldnt take any hormones while smoking and I know my dr is gonna prescribe me BC next time I go which is in a month, so that is my goal, but the 10th of June I WILL be smoke free. I believe in myself and understand that this slip up is temporary. I've only smoked 2 years but that goes to show you how addicting it can be, I am having the same if not more trouble than my roomie who has been smoking 20+ years. It don't matter addiction is addiction. The thing is I am fine around non-smokers as long as there are nooooo smokers around. It's just being here and doing the same routine that makes it hard which is why I have to break the routine break the habit. *cheers* That's all for now. I won't really have any PCOS related news until the 10th of June when my appointment is to discuss my ultrasound, bloodwork, and options on how I am going to overcome it. I am done with my 10 days of Provera and have PMSed since day 3 of the damn pills but nothing yet. I know it can take up to 2 weeks after the last pill to get it so here's hoping it works! I sure got the cramps that tell me it will!
