| So I'm horrible at writing but I thought this was a good place to keep track of my weight and other random things that I usually keep in my notebook by the bed.
Let's see, I've lost 44 pounds in total without too much effort. I had a big upheaval with my food, though. I've gone from very fatty, sugary foods to vegetables, fruits and other little changes. Turkey instead of hamburger, more homemade foods instead of processed. It's really yummy and easy. I also eat my 'supper' for lunch... |
