More waiting CD12

So, I had my ultrasound yesterday and O is no bueno yet. I had a bunch of small cysts on each ovary and a 10/11mm on each side, but it needs to be at least 16mm before triggering. I go back on Monday for another scan. The RE doesn't think I will O on my own before Monday. I've read that follies can grow any where between 1-3mm a day. I just don't know if the have to be a certain size for that to be true.
I'm hoping for at least 2 mature ones to give me better odds this cycle.
I also found out yesterday that I should not be taking Advil while TTC since it can push out ovulation and possible prevent implantation. JOY! Thanks RE for not telling me the last 2 times I saw you! Oh well, hopefully I didn't mess this cycle up. On CD7 I took Advil due to a 2 day migraine.
