It's been a while since I've posted a blog. Sorry!

For those that don't know, hubby and I are working on buying a house. We had the inspection a while ago and it went splendidly. The house is really old, but the inspector said that he was surprised at how everything is in such wonderful condition. The previous owners all seemed to keep up with the maintenance of the house.

After looking for 2 years for a house, my husband and I finally put an offer on one on Sunday. I was cautiously optimistic about it. On Monday morning, we found out that our offer was accepted! Our Realtor was amazed that we were accepted so soon because the property is a short sale.

Since we found out, I've been totally excited. The house isn't fancy or anything, but it will be better than renting a place the size of a shoe box for the same price!

I probably should have added this to my previous blog, but I don't feel like going back and editing it.

This morning I got a text message from my sister that said this:
"If someone asked me if pregnancy was fun or enjoyable, I would say no. Not at all. I can't wait til this passes." (She's only two and a half months pregnant.)

Did she think this would somehow make me feel better about not being pregnant? If so, she's gotta be completely insane....

I've been in a crappy mood ever since I found out a couple of weeks ago that my sister is pregnant. She's two and a half months along already.

Then, this morning, I found out that my cousin and his girlfriend are having another baby! She gave birth in December to their first child. Even then, I wanted to cry when I saw their son.
