I just got a call from my re's office. They did some test after my miscarriage. She just told me that I have one test came back high for Anti-Phospholipid Antibody? Is this something I sould worry about, could this of caused my miscarriage? What do I do? I am scarred I will never be able to have a baby? Please help...

I have the same clotting disorder, and with blood thinners, Lovenox injections, I have had successful pregnancies!!

I had an early m/c so im not sure if that was the reason or not. But i did get dx with MTHFR and borderline APA. So im being treated for the APA with a daily baby aspirin and Lovenox injections (blood thinner)when I get pregnant again. They also said i could do Heparin if my insurance didndt cover lovenox since its so expensive but heparin is twice a day and you have to mix and draw the shots yourself.

Metformin ER 2000mg, Synthroid 100 mcg, Prenatals, Baby Aspirin, Folgard 2.2, will begin Lovenox after retrieval

Dx PCOS 7/07
Dx MTHFR & APA deficiency 9/09

I didn't get any test run on me after my loss two weeks ago. All they told me was that it could have been a clotting disorder. I was 17 weeks. I've heard of others having successful pregnancies after taking blood thinners and baby aspirin.
