So I went back to the dr today and had blood taken for the third time. He looked at the results of the first two tests and said that my testerone levels are .9 and they should bt .7. So I have to go back tomorrow to do a blood sugar test. He said I wuold have to have more blood taken in the morning and then wait an hour and take some more and then take more an hour after that. Has anyone had to do this? He said that he had to do this because the medicen he wants to give me will lower my blood sugar and that he has to make sure my blood sugar is not already too low. I just don't understnad how something to lower my blood sugar will regulate my periods and help us get pregnant. Does anyone have any information on this? Thanks so much.

He's probably doing a Glucose Tolerance Test. You will have to go in and drink a super-nasty-sweet concoction then they will check your blood sugar every hour for the next four hours to see how your insulin is able to handle it.

I believe that your sugar levels have something to do with hormone production. I am not real sure though.
