Hi,
I'm going for another hormone Blood test this month and I have no idea whenwhoulc be the most accurate time for the test.

My doctor said day 5 of my cycle but according to some article the best time is on the 19 to 21 of the cycle.
I'm very confused ,please let me kknow if you no what date the test should be taken.

It depends on what hormones you're having checked. Some are better checked earlier in your cycle than others. And it also depends on why you're having them checked.

My msin problem is acne I've had acne since I was 13 and now after 12 years of treating it with so many drugs I realized myacen is hormonal.I'm testing for everyhting,estrogen,progestin,LH AND FSH,prolactin....
I read somewhere that you have to get it done on the 5th day of cycle is that true?
