I had some blood work done and was wondering what your FSH levels LH levels have to do with?

FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone) stimulates the growth of ovarian follicles.
LH (Luteinizing Hormone) a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland, it stimulates ovulation and the formation for the corpus luteum. The corpus luteum is a mass of tissue that occurs after ovulation, it produced progesterone.

When taking fertility medication (injectable) you can take FSH alone or and FSH/LH combination.

This is a standard test, working up infertility.

High levels suggest fertility problems that stem from the ovary. It can mean premature menopause or meopause.
Low level indicate infertility disorders relating to the pituitary or hypothalamus, PCOS.

I hope this helps.
