Default Board not loading correctly in Firefox

In the last few weeks, more often than not, all the things that are supposed to be down the left side of the forum (Forum Information, PCOS Quck Links, etc.) are loading at the top, and I have to scroll miles to get to the posts. This happens on the front page, within the different forums, and when I open a post. It does not happen every time, but it happens about 70% of the time.

I'm using Firefox 1.5.

Wow I was wondering if that was just me. I use Mozilla too. Thanks for posting. Hopefully we'll get an answer soon.

Thumbs up mozilla

Hi
I'm using version 2.0 and I have had no problems at all with any forums or web sites.
Try upgrading to the more recent version and see if that fixes it.

I'm using firefox 1.5 with no probs. I'm also using adblock and I know without it I often get scrolling problems on a few websites because of the size of the ads.

I'm having problems in Firefox as well. Mainly my pages will load blank. I'll have to refresh over and over again to get the page to load. Really annoying.

I'm having this problem, too. I'm using Firefox 2.0, though. This is the only site I have trouble with, and not everytime. Glad it's not just me.

- Have the problems been ongoing for weeks?
- If not, when exactly did they start?
- What version of Firefox are you using?
- What is your screen resolution?
- Can you send a screen shot of what you're seeing?

NOTE: there has been a 'top to bottom' scroll issue for the past 3 days due to a banner appearing in the left column. I've been out of town, and couldn't address it. But it doesn't affect how the board actually functions. it's just an annoying scroll.

With regard to the firefox, the only way to help fix the problem is to have the answer to the above questions...thx!

Kat....don't know all the answers to your questions...but I'm in Firefox 2. I've been having the problem off and on for about 1 week. I'll try to do a screen capture the next time it happens.

If the problem is a 'top to bottom' scroll, make note of what banner is displayed in the lower left column. that's what's causing the problem for me. (and I'm on IE).

I just got in from the airport, so I'm exhausted...but I'll fix the banner issue in the morning. It's annoying me, too.

If it's a problem 'other' than the banner, I'll need the answer to those questions, as well as, screen shots to figure it out.

Kat, I think the rogue banner ad was the problem. The board hasn't loaded incorrectly this morning at all. Thanks!

Default Stunned!

I just came on in this morning to check up on the happenings and the instant notification told me I had a PM, it usually doesn't work in firefox so imagine my surprise when it loaded correctly! I just about jumped a mile in the air in surprise

any progress for anyone else?, I'm off to see if I can work my mood and see if the site responds to my mozilla now
