This is going to sound basic but I just scratch them. When I'm at home it's all out scratching. My DH just will look at me weird. (Sometimes he offers to help me) When it's in public I kind of fold my arms and try to be sneaky about it.

I can't figure out if it has to do with medications, dry weather, or timing in my cycle. But I have noticed that it comes and goes. I never seem to itch during AF. Which for me is brought on by provera.

I was also wondering the same thing, only it's my nipples! I have actually scratched them so hard sometimes that I have a redness like a blood blister sometimes. Weird, maybe it's just the weather.

Unhappy Me Too!!!!

My nipples itch like crazy sometimes. The only thing I've found that helps sometimes is teatree oil rubbed on and then avoiding scratching until it starts working (easier said than done!! )

Mind you - glad to know I'm not alone!!

My boobs are itchy too.
I have a feeling it's because of the cold winter and dry air.
My nipples are so dry that they are peeling but I continue to scratch them anyways.
I occasionally put lip balm on them and it makes them not so dry but very tingly.
I came to a conclusion a few years back I used to see guys adjust themselves and people pick out their wedgies in public and I figure that if they could do that than I can scratch my boobs in public and there is not a single thing that anyone of them can say about it.

Thanks for the replies! I'm glad I'm not alone in this. I have had this problem in the hot summer months also. I used to think it was the soap I was using, but I think it has to do with my hormones maybe.
I've been using lotion on them, because they are really dry too, and it helps just a little bit. They itch the most after I take off my bra. Maybe I have become extra sensitive to the material. But I usually wear cotton bras, so I'm not sure. I tried changing my soap, laundry soap, and wearing a different bra (different material) None of that helped. Oh, and I also tried just washing my boobs with water, no soap, and that made me get nasty zits on my boobs. Yuck!
I used some hydrocortizone cream for the itchiness and that helped a lot. I scratch so hard I get bruises! The itchiness comes and goes and sometimes it's so bad I can't stand it, like the other night, but tonight they are okay, but sore. Maybe it's part of PCOS and extra high PMS symptoms.

My boods itch too!!!
I think it is hormone related for me. I itch only during certain times of my cycle and when I am pregnant. Coco Butter creams seem to help keep it under control.

Boy the more of these crazy posts I read, the better I feel. My boobs itch A LOT. I was beginning to think it was all just me, so I just scratch--but its really good to know that its not just me.

Me too! Oh my gosh, the time I spend in the evening scratchin' the "girls". I have scratched til I bled, til I've had bruises, but its not just when they're dry. I've tried anti itch lotions, etc...to no avail. Glad to see I'm not alone.
Anyone itch like that elsewhere? I've been told that I have "excess histamines" in my blood, that is why I itch, and if I barely scratch myself I get welts. But I itch A LOT and not just my breasts. It is my stomach, my back, my neck, scalp, arms, legs...
it's miserable. This is kinda funny and kinda sad...I get my nails done (acrylics) and couldn't figure out why the color and stuff was always worn down on certain fingers until I realized it was from scratching!!
