Default Book Rave: Vegetables Every Day

I love the book "Vegetables Every Day" by Jack Bishop! Eating a healthier diet always decreases my PCOS symptoms but I'm not a fan of boring vegetables. This book has helped me pick a variety of tasty vegetable recipes to incorporate into my menu. If you are looking for new and exciting ways to prepare those vegetables, I would recommend checking out this book. I think its great!

It splits the recipes alphabetically by vegetable. This was especially good when I noticed "new to me" vegetables at the grocery store and didn't know how to prepare them. One of my favorite finds was bok choy. It can be purchased cheaply on sale and this book has three different recipes for it. Another new find that I enjoyed was broccoli rabe. I had never even heard of it before and decided to see if my grocery store carried it. They did and this book had four tasty recipes for it.
