Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this board. My DH and I have finally started the adoption process and I was hoping that some of you may have some good book recommendations on International Adoption, adopting from Russia or just about adopting in general. I would love to be more educated on the whole process and what I'm going to be faced with in the coming year.

Most of the books I have on my list to buy are about China but here are a few about internation adoption as a whole:

1. Adoption Lifebook: A Bridge to Your Child's Beginnings, a Workbook for International Adoptive Familes

I would definately suggest NOT going to the bookstore for any of these books & going to amazon.com to check out the reviews & some of the pages in the books. I've been to the bookstore & heard from others that have & all the bookstores just don't have very good adoption sections.

I know there are other cysters (& DH's!) that have adopted from Russia somewhere around here...
