Sorry it took me so long to post this. I lost the book in the house. My Darling Fiance put it away (why??????)
The title is Woman Heal Thyself - An Ancient Healing System for Contemporary Women the book is by Jeanne Elizabeth Blum. It cost me $18.95
From the back conver of the book - Jeanne Elizabeth Blum reveals an ancient healing sysytem based on 24 secret points of Chinese acupressure. She demonstrates how these points, in conjunction with accepted acupressure techniques, can be used to cure premenstrual syndrome, to treat symptoms of menopause, and to aid in conception or contraception. I am still reading the book. The guy that recommended it to me I have known for a while. He works at the natural foods store I get my herbal supps from. He told me his girlfriend read it and has used it as a natural form of contraception, and for stress relief. I have yet to start practicing this.
