bought 2 new ribbons but lost another 2 in the process, why?
Hi,
I hope someone can help, I purchased two new awareness ribbons (gray for Diabetes/asthma and white for hope/support/peace) but lost my puzzle Autism ribbon and my purple Crohn's ribbon in the process. Why did this happen and can I get them back where they belong? Is there a limit to the number of ribbons one can purchase and display? If yes, why? That doesn't seem fair

The limit of ribbons is 5. You didn't lose your other ribbons. I see the Crohn's and Autism ribbons in your profile. It's just a matter of which ones you want to be displayed under your avatar. If you go click on your profile you'll see all 7 of your ribbons. You can click on which ones you want to be visible or not. Just don't click delete or you'll lose them.
Thanks Beachy! BTW I've been trying to repay your kindness with a gift, but every time I try it says "currently out of stock". I'll keep trying though.
