Wondering if those of you who have had a laparoscopy for which you had to do a bowel prep....my RE has told me to do a two day fast (liquids only) and on the evening before my surgery I need to take an oral Fleet enema. I'm wondering if anyone has come across any natural alternatives to this? Just considering all my options.

Started TTC in Sep/07, with low GI diet and acupuncture.
4 cycles of Clomid Oct/08-Jan/09; all BFN.
Break from TTC from Feb/09-Jul/09 due to endometriomas on both ovaries. Laparoscopy on 06/30.
09/24 - +ve HPT!!
09/25 - Beta #1 = 136
09/28 - Beta #2 = 535
10/01 - Beta #3 = 2196
10/22 - U/S #1 = H/R 166bpm, 1.54cm

You can do an epsom salt wash.... but it makes me hurl ---But it cleans you out pretty well. Its the same thing as the magnesium citrate (without the citrate) they made me take of my Lap. I'd recommend the Magnesium Citrate over the Epsom salt wash only because it tastes better . Only one little bottle will do wonders--and pain free, if I remember.
