 BPD Surgery on 3/23/09
Hi I'm Julie, 30, from Ohio. I'm new to the WLS threads but not the board. I'm looking for others who have had WLS, and most specifically any who have had BPD or the "Switch".
I have so many questions I don't know where to start. . . anyone have sites with tons of info? I'm looking mostly for info on foods, what's high in protein, what protein products do you like? That's most of my concerns, food. And Vitamins.
