My new gyno told me yesterday that she believes that I have pcos (i have every symptom) but I'll go for labs Monday to confirm the diagnosis. I'm just looking for some good advice...I knew something was wrong, but now that it has a name I'm feeling kinda blue. thank God for this board. I don't feel so all alone! daph |

Did you know...
That us newbies can't see your siggie links until we've made 10 posts?

Points: 265.25 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 265.25 | I am a newbie too. I was at the doc wednesday and said they are sure positive it is PCOS. I will be going to an Endo (no appoint yet) and blood work in the am. I have an ultrasound next friday.
Is this normal, what should i be expecting for meds? She mentioned bc and said the endo might do something different. I am worried about my weight. I eat healthy, work out and gained weight last month. BC I always gain....
Anyone experience this? |

My Mood: Points: 11,866.21 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 11,866.21 | Hello ALL... I was recently DX with both PCOS and Hypothyroid. I did not waste any time as my goal is to be BFP before the end of this year.
I just started meds today after two round of BW (one at the OB and another at the Endo.) and a transvaginal ultrasound which confirmed the PCOS. I wish you all the best of luck and If I could be of help, please do let me know.
