Brazilian waxing...?? HELP!

Hi,

I am quite sure (although I cannot really make any comparisons) that my pubic hair is longer and thicker and darker than most womens', but I really would like to try out a brazilian wax to see how this worked for me. The problem is that I am very embarrassed to go into a salon simply because of the excess hair I have...can anyone understand how I feel? Do you think that a wax esthetician would be shocked or used to different types/quantities of hair? Should I not be worried..? Many thanks, Nolly.

They have seen it all, believe me, and will not be shocked. And yes, they are used to working with clients from all kinds of genetic backgrounds, so they know all the types and textures.

You could, before hand, trim a bit just to get rid of some of the excess lenght. Just a little, cause they still need to have some hair there for the wax to grab.

I wouldn't let it stand in the way of your getting a cosmetic service you want. As I said, they have seen it all.

Deffinently trim the hair before hand because otherwise the wax drags on the hair just trim it all with scissors! there hair removalers girl they have seen it all I go (well did) once a week to get my chin waxed & they see a LOT of diff hair on lots of diff body parts brazilllians are great! I thought it would really hurt but it dosen't & now i even hve my lil sis addicted
