Unhappy Break outs on my Breasts????

Okay I am sure I saw this somewhere before but can not find it now.

I have been experiencing whiteheads (pimples) on my breasts as well as blackheads. They are not on my chest they are actually on my breasts and around my nipple area. I have been using an astringent on them and that seems to help clear them up, but why an I getting them there?

There is no set time i get them, like around my cycle or anything I just do. I have not changed my detergent or brand of bra's I buy. I guess since I have gotten my face under control pretty well they have to go somewhere.

I also get little clogged pores with what looks like feathers or very fine hairs sticking out of them, very weird.

Does anyone else experience this and know why?
