Question breakthroughy bleeding on provera??? PLEASE READ

Hi ladies...I have taken provera to induce AF many times and every time I take it for 10 days and about 5 days later I get AF. I weighed 330lbs but have lost 26lbs in the past yr and 1/2 at one point in the last 2 months I had some spotting on my own and contributed it to the weight loss. Well I have decided to TTC again so I started my provera I take it right before bed each night and last night was night 4. Well yesterday I noticed some lower back pain, came home and took my provera, went to bed. This morning I had some spotting (red) and even a small clot. But I am not bleeding right now....HELP me I don't know rather to take my provera again tonight and continue it for 6 more days or not?? I assume I will...any help would be greatly apprecitaed!! Does anyone have breakthrough bleeding on this?? YES I did take a pg test and it was neg.....
