I'm not sure exactly what you mean by red dots... like scars?

When I first switched from shaving to plucking, I think I was a little overzealous and now I have little reddish marks all over. I sound insane, but it would seriously bother me if there was a hair I wanted to pluck and I could see it juuuuust below my skin but it wasn't long enough to pluck yet. If I just wait a day, it'll be long enough. But it annoys me to no end to know there are some hairs that I haven't plucked, so if I'm not careful or conscious of myself, I'll be working on the same damned hair for ten minutes until I manage to somehow scrape away enough top sking to get to the hair underneath. Sometimes I made myself bleed. I know this isn't healthy and I need to stop, but sometimes I can't help myself!

I would call them scars, but it seems like some days they're less noticeable and they go away after a couple weeks usually so I don't know what to call them.

Maybe try not to pluck for a while?

Default Hair on breasts

I know you think the hair is gross... I used to have a phobia or obsession over hair on my body and plucked it all the time... even to the point of what someone else said, getting through the top layer of skin and making sure I had that hair plucked out! But this is unhealthy. It can hurt and irritate your skin. If the hair has not broken through, and it isn't bothering you (as in festered), then probably should not bother it.

Spironolactone helped my hair growth a lot. But then I had a breast reduction 2 years ago, and it seemed that no hair grew on my breasts. I think it was just the Spironolactone still working though. My gastric surgeon took me off of the Spironolactone since he thought it dehydrated me, but now 3 months later I am bursting out the hair follicles! I feel like the freakin bearded lady! Have been visiting the laser hair removal person again. Hopefully it will help get it in control and also have a call in to get my Vaniqa back. I got my surgeon's ok and gyn for Spironolactone back, thank goodness. Hopefully it wll all be under control very soon. Good luck.

Hey guess what...i have the same problem. i have not tried to pluck. i will admit to plucking on my breast only one some areas once or twice. but it hurt too much. and i still have the same symtems. i have a bad hirtuism problem on my face and neck and also on my breast. but i'll tell you i got married and i felt really really embarrased about my face and my husband encouraged me to try laser hair removal and i'll tell you, you cant even tell i ever had a problem. i get some spirts here and there. if you wanna have nice breasts, just get laser hair removal. it may seems expensive but its worth it, beleive me!!!!
think about it, you back every 6-8 weeks. you have almost 2 months to save up for your next treatment. and who says you have to do your whole face or your whole body. you can do the parts you most want cleared up and remember to shop around and even bargain.

Hello thanx for these replies I am not on spiro or anything as I do not even know if it is pcos or just family genes ( check out my thread on that ) and as for the laser surgery that would be wonderful but I am 19 years old and wouldnt be able to afford it I'm sure ( how much is it anyways) I thought that there might be some other sort of method thats alot cheaper but thanx heaps for yours posts they were still comforting to know people r going through the same thing as I am.

wb thanx

spiro is helping me, too. I haven't been on it for that long - less than a month, maybe? And even though my hair isn't completely gone I've definitely noticed that I do a lot less plucking/shaving in the past week or so. The Dr. said it coule take 6 weeks to see the difference, so hopefully this will just keep getting better!

Every day I rub mederma on the marks I've made on my breasts and my happy trail. I haven't been using it long enough to see if it makes a difference, though. But I figure it can't hurt.

I have some longer hairs around the nipple area. But mainly there are a lot of hairs that are sort of under the skin and I don't think they're getting ready to grow since it's been like that for a good 7 years. It's looks like little black dots all over the sides of my breasts, and it makes them feel prickly. So I don't know what to do with them - since I can't even get to them.

I pluck mine.
Once I thought using Nair would be a good idea but when I ended up with chimically burned nipples I realized I should just stick to tweezing.

i'm assuming it will be close to 120 per treatment and you go back every 6-8 weeks anyways. so you have 2 months to gather 120. if not now do it soon. but keep shaving. plucking will just ruin the skin on your breasts causing you to have bumps. waxing may be better. but dont pluck.

Oh gosh. I am so obsessed too to this day. Are you saying that the spiro gets rid of the hair or it just does not get worse? If it gets rid of it, how? It just falls out?
