Question Breast leaking fluid

Hi everyone. I have most if not all the symptoms of PCOS and am in the process of waiting for blood test and pelvic ultrasound results. They should be in by the middle of next week. Last night while during laundry I noticed one of my nipples felt wet against my shirt. I've noticed this before and always shrugged it off thinking I brushed up against something...but last night I was in one spot folding a huge mountain of cloths and knew I hadn't brushed up against anything. To be sure though, I went into bathroom and tried to "express" as if I was lactating. Sure enough fluid came out. Not a lot but a few drops. It seemed clear to me. I am puzzled. Is this something connected to PCOS does anyone know? I figure I'll mention it when my results come in later in the week or does anyone think this warrants a phone call sooner than that?
Thanks in advance for any help.

when I first went to Dr. I was also having this problem also prolonged bleeding and quite a few f the other symptoms. It had been a yrear since I nursed my daughter thought this was pretty strange. Has to do with the messed up hormones My first dr. didn't think anything of it my endo was the one. I had to demand an endo appointment after I went to faamily dr. The breast fluid is what opened his ears & I said isn't that funny I told the other dr. that she said everything was normal. Thank God I demanded more explanations & a referal! You should mention it to dr. there are many reasons why a fluid would be seeping from breasts, so please check it out! Hope this helps

Hi Kellie and welcome. Sometimes the leaking can be connected to prolactin levels. I hope your test results give you some insight to your issues.

I've heard other women having this problem. It's best to mention it to your doc. One of my relatives said her doc said if it's not bloody, it's probably nothing serious, but it's best to get it checked out.
