Default Breast Pain and Tingling...

I just finished up an 83 day cycle and during most of that I've had pain in my breasts and tingling in my one breast that can be anywhere from just a quick thing once a day to all day long. I have had two breast exams in the last month and they found nothing to be worried about. My OB/GYN said it was fibrocystic changes, but the RE didn't note any (which appt was after the ob appt.) I wear D-cup and they have not always been that big. When I gained weight after high school, they sprouted very quickly from a B to D. Since that, I have pretty regular pain and discomfort in them. I'm constantly pulling muscles in them too! Is this normal. My docs (RE and OB/GYN seem to think it's nothing to worry about and both have said that these are not symptoms of BC. I'm only 25 years old. I just turned 25 May 20th and this tingling seemed to start about then. Is it because they are starting to sag. I got new bras and they seemed to help a little, but now it's coming back again. I don't know what to do. My OB/GYN gave me information on vitamin E and breast pain, but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. I've lost 20 pounds over the last 7-8 months, but the inches I've lost are not really in my chest. Just a 1/4 inch here or there, nothing notable.

It could be a hormone thing. I have never had tingling boobs or tender nipples until I got pregnant. I know alot of women do have this around af or ovulation. I am just not sure what it could be.

i have benign breast lumps (fibroadenomas) and once a month they hurt, with hormone changes - most notably a week before af is due.

Default You all make good points...

As for changing size-I've lost over 20 pounds since October, so that may contribute. Plus I'm getting a older (even though I'm 25) and as big as they are, they are starting to get longer, flatter and point south.

Hormones-PCOS, need I say more, after losing weight, I'm starting to get actual cycles and I'm definitely feeling the drop in progesterone at the end of the cycle before AF comes.

I started taking an herbal supplement from my chiropractor. I took one pill last night and one this morning. They haven't hurt nearly as much and I got a little of the tingling throughout the day, but I believe it is actually muscle spasms and not "tingling". They are called 303 they are an herbal muscle relaxant. He gave them to me because I deal with anxiety from time to time.
