Default Breast Problem

I seem to always get blackheads and pimples on my boobs which is really annoying but I´m used to it by now. However, I also seem to get them under my breast quite a bit and they hurt. Also, even though I shower daily and clean well underneath my breasts I still get a sort of yeast like smelling sweat underneath them. I know the main reason for these problems is that my boobs are so big and my main fat storage area ( I gained 3 cup sizes before weight went anywhere else on my body) and I am working on losing the weight, but I need to know what to do now. The whole thing is just so gross.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to do?

Some kind of medicated talc to help keep the area dry? Or try one of those talcs designed to keep athlete's foot at bay...sounds yuck I know, but maybe worth a try?

I read that using talc in the breast area can cause cancer so I don´t wanna do that. Maybe I am wrong though; perhaps theres a cream or something I could use for atletes foot.

Do you suffer from this? Anyone else?

Hi Scarlet,
I too have large breasts and problems keeping dry underneath! I use a medicated powder - Gold Bond- and when I do go without a bra (only at home ) I place a handtowel underneath my breasts to absorb the sweat. If you think you have an infection you could use an athletes foot medication. I use a spray form because the cream is just way too messy! Hope this helps
Good luck! Julia

Thanks girls! Where do I get these talcs? Is Gold Band a special sweat absorbing product or is it for athletes foot? Do you have any tips on preventing the blackheads and pimples?

This is a problem I've tried dealing with for years and years and years! Arg! I have found that washing my breasts two times a day with acne medication and swabbing them with rubbing lcohol keeps them clean and dry. I also change my bra two or three times a day, only use cotton bras and have no underwires. This seems to keep the problem at bay...

Cheers!

I taste like Peanut Butter.

I am one of the most blendable flavours; I go with sweet, I go with sour, I go with bland, I go with anything. I am practical and good company, but have something of a tendency to hang around when I'm not wanted, unaware that my presence is not welcome.

Scarlet - Gold Bond is available in any store - Wal Mart, K Mart etc. I use a loofah sponge on my breasts daily and that seems to help keep the pimples and blackheads at bay. I hope that you can find something that works for you!

If you don't want to use talc (don't like it myself) you can make or find powders with a cornstarch base. They work great (though I've never used them under my breasts). I do have similar problems with my breasts, which are pretty big.

i sometimes get cysts(pimple type things)on my breasts.I'm thinking of buying myself some bras made of cotton instead of the typical satin material so my breasts can breath.

scarlet,
i recomend the baby gold bond, sometimes the medication in the regular gold bond is too strong for some people and actually will feel like it burns (cooling sensation). the baby gold bond is nice and smells great. it is what i use. i have used all of the gold bond line, and have found that it is the best. you will find the baby gold bond in a blue container in the section where baby powder is. it helps to dry the area and keep the yeast infection at bay, however, you have to clean under your breasts as often or more, because the pores with clog with powder just like they do with sweat. you should probably clean under them before bed with a mild soap on a wash cloth. good luck.

oh i also use it in my panties, keeps me fresh.
