Default Bring down estrogen levels?

Is there anything natural that we can take to bring down our estrogen levels? Mine is through the roof after taking stims, and I'm worried about getting OHSS, etc. if I ovulate too many of the eggs I've been growing. I have about 4 days until a natural LH surge.

The only thing I can think of is milk thistle, and even that may only bring the levels down while I'm taking it- and then they'd go back up to crazy high after I stop.

Anyone have any thoughts or experiences?
