Do any sushi places make hand rolls etc with brown rice? I had to give up sushi because of the white rice... just wondering.

Sushi is usually made with sushi rice (white and sticky) but I think with the right experimentation you could do simple rolls at home with overcooked (sticky) brown rice.

You should ask around. The sushi bar I go to all the time has a small sign that states they have brown rice. I have yet to try it, I simply do sashimi and order my handrolls w/o rice at all.
