When I was following the plan I'd eat them for breakfast, really quick & easy!
They really help with the sweet cravings, I just added some extra splenda & vanilla
Brownie Bites
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup oatmeal flour (Quaker Quick Oats blended in the blender)
Splenda to taste
Beat egg whites till white and a little stiff. Add Splenda, cocoa and vanilla. Then add flour and beat untill well blended. Place in a mini-muffin tin for 6 brownies @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
