I bruise so easy that I can look down and have some of the biggest bruises that you KNOW someone should know where they came from, but I don't. I take pre-natals daily, so I am pretty sure it is not low iron. Any one else have this problem???

I personally dont have that.

My sister, however, does have low iron and I beleive low calcuim. She bruises very easy! It sees you can touch her and she will bruise. Also, she has teeth issues and I think that is because of the calcium. I may be getting the calcium confused with something else but she does have low iron.

So you are not alone

NYER

You may be vit. C deficient. If you take things such as fish oil, coq10, other EFA's and of course aspirin, ibuprofen, etc. on a regular basis it could be that too.

I have all sorts of bruises and I have no idea where they came from!

I do that. My doctor says it is because I'm anemic and need to take iron supplements.
