Can anyone tell me if Quick Farina (wheat Farina) is the same thing as buckwheat farinetta?? If not, where can you buy the buckwheat farinetta.

Buckwheat farinetta is not the same as wheat farina. They are actually two completely different plants, I've learned, as I have a digestive problem with wheat. You can get it through Minn Dak growers, a company in North Dakota, I believe.
