 buckwheat farinetta q?
As per D-chiro-Inositol, I have found a supplier...
there is ~1300+ mg d-chiro-inositol in 100g buckwheat farinetta. i'm thinking that as the studies with this stuff used 1200mg DCI... that'd be a good daily dose to try.
But how much is 100g farinetta??? Anyone know, roughly, in terms of tablespoons? Cups?
