Right now I am aiming for just 20 pounds - Ideally I want to lose 100 - but that is pushing it right now.
How are we planning on getting it to come off?
I am going to start eating healthier for now. and hopefully start some sort of an exercise routine soon.

i have a gym membership, the thing i have a hard time doing is eatting heathy because i dont eat a lot of things because im really picky i was thinking about losing around 20lbs. but my long time goal is 100lbs. or more.

Here is my idea you guys tell me. I am my second week into my diet thing so you can just jump in and get going.
Follow whatever diet you are doing
Weigh on EVERY Saturday and we can post our weigh losses and gains
NIGHT
I know that you are a mod and was wondering if you can get us stickys for one that is like
WEIGH INS
And the other like a thread for (if this is wanted) posting what we've been eating and things we are doing to keep us motivated.
Let me know what you think and such. Also what are you girls doing to lose weight?

Ashley! It's not a good idea to weigh everyday! Just like I do on Wed and Saturday. But the Wed isn't written down or anything. It just tells me how I need to be for the rest of the week.
