Can someone explain how the buddy list works, once I click to add someone, what happens???

Why don't I see the little icon to leave rep for someone anymore, has this been disabled??

Once we switch over to the new board, you'll be able to see 'at a glance' when your buddies are online, and I 'think' you'll be able to pm them.

Not sure about the rep. Wait until we move to the new board.
