Unhappy bummed out
Does anyone else feel like that no matter what they do, nothing ever turns out right? I mean its like you take 1 step forward and 3 steps back. I feel like there are so many things I should be doing with my life, but I don't do a lot of them, out of fear of being judged. Does anyone else ever feel this way? Please give me some suggestions.

I understand how you feel. It seems like things will be going well for a bit, and then all of a sudden several bad things happen at once. I'm so emotional lately that it's hard to deal with everything sometimes.

I know exactly how you feel and its a horrible feeling but its a feeling you just cant help. I write in my journal whenever Iam going through a rough time, I guess it helps me vent! Sometimes just finding an outlet for your frustation helps.....I hope it all gets better cyster (((HUGS)))
