I woke up yesterday morning with clumps of burst blood vessel spots on my face.

For those of you who don't know what this is, a burst blood vessel is a tiny red spot on your skin, and sometimes there are a bunch in one area to make a red spot that looks kind of like a blemish from farther away. Up close, you can see that it is made up of tiny red dots.

I have woken up with this on my face a few times before and I have noticed a single spot in different places on my arms from time to time.

I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them, or if this is just some weird Melinda thing.

I've gotten this a few times before, but only after throwing up. The increased pressure causes the tiniest vessels to burst. Mine usually disappear within 24 hours, it's just annoying until then.

were you coughing/sneezing excessively before it happened?
