Default BuSpar for Anxiety - Do You Like It?

I was just wondering if anyone has been using Buspar - and how do you like it? I had been taking Xanax which was my miracle cure for anxiety, but now that I'm TTC and because of it's addictive properties I've decided to try Buspar. So far, I've noticed that I'm finally able to sleep at night if I take it PLUS 1 Unisom every night. Is anyone else taking it and do you like it? I take 30mg at bedtime.

I took it for a few years, and it worked wonders on me. At the time I was taking it, I went from having 3 or 4 anxiety attacks a week and not being able to get out, to the attacks going away for good. I don't take medication anymore, mainly because after I was able to get out, I was able to overcome all the uneasy feelings. I still get attacks maybe once or twice a year, but now I can remind myself that it's just anxiety and I'll be okay. For me, it always helps to identify what caused the attack because I always had them at quiet moments at home, and I was always able to pinpoint "this happened yesterday", so the Buspar helped me identify and work on those things.

Best of luck, and I hope it works for you too.
