Default CA 125 - ANyone else have this happen

I recently got news from my Doctor that the blood work he did included the CA125..My level was 50 - ( normal is 0-35) .. Though he assures me that only 3 % of patients with a high reading have ovarian cancer - I am terrified as my Grandmother died of this. I do have PCOS.. some have said this could well cause a high ca125 reading.. I have an ultrasound next friday and will know more then .. til then - I remain terrified ...Any insight would be GREATFULLY appreciated...

I personally don't have experience of this but my grandmother also died of ovarian cancer and My mom's CA 125 sat high for a few years and they just kept watching her. Maybe they will just keep on eye on you for a while.
