Question Calcium and Vitamin D; Does it help PCOS?

Hello ladies,

I am trying to figure out what kinds of vitamins and minerals help PCOS. Any suggestions is greatly welcomed.

I am a very curious person and would like to know why.

How about teas??? What kind of tea helps healthy reproduction and PCOS symptoms?

Thank you!

I stated taking Cal-Mad-D a month ago or so, i really really love it! I take all kinds of other vitamins but for some reason i believe that this is the one that works. I started feeling a lot better shortly after starting taking them, but didn't pay attention, and then all the sudden i run out, and didn't buy a new box yet, and you won't believe how Awful i feel. I don't know if that is a coincidence of some kind, but when i was taking cal-D i didnt feel depressed, my mood swings weren't as bad, i was not getting panic attacks anymore... i was happy. As soon as i run out withing 3 days i wanted to die, and was crying for 3 days long non stop for no reason!
I know it should be helping periods and ovulation, but im on the pilll so i dont really know about that...

Wow! That is pretty interesting... I just started taking it today. I have taken a lot of vitamins today... I am a little nervous because I am afraid I am overdosing. I am taking Calcium with vitamin d, Saw Palmetto berry, flaxseed oil with omega 3, green tea with hoodia, b12, super b complex, prenatal vitamins, fish oil with omega 3.

I hope I am not overdoing it.

Thank you for your help!
