I take 2000mgs a day of cinnamon. I recently increased my intake to 2000mgs. After 4 mnths on 1500 mgs a day AF showed. I usually have to have AF induced by meds to have her. So I am happy with the cinnamon.

I put cinnamon in everything I eat and or drink really. I add it to cereal, tea, veggies, eggs (it's good promise), fruit, yogurt, nearly everything. So I know I go over 3000mgs. At first i was doing it because I liked the taste then I found out it could be helpful. I am sipping herbal tea with cinnamon stick in it now.

I put 2000mg, but I don't think cinnamon alone brought AF back for me (I think it was mostly weight loss and exercise, but the cinnamon didn't hurt...plus, it helps me with cravings). Also, I eat cinnamon in a lot of foods, too. I like it in everything, really.
