In short I need a doctor, perferably an Endo, who can help diagnosis and treat me with PCOS and/or Hypothyroidism. I am truly suffering and neither my gyno nor my primary are helping... Please Help! Much thanx in advance!

P.S. any Cysters who know of good docs in the Albany area please help!

Hi,

This is my first post on these board but I'm in the Albany area. I'm actually new to the area but I have been to se Dr. Fe Teresa McCarthy on Albany-Shaker Rd. I'm not sure if it's considered Albany or Latham. It's right near the airport and regional food bank.

I have been to the office there twice and I've been veryhappy. They have the Dr and a nurse midwife. I really really really liked the midwife. I thought midwives only did pregnancies but I guess I was wrong :-).
