Default Calling All Green Tea Users

Hello,

I've heard that green tea can have a lot of benefits for pcos like appetite control, thermogenic effect, blood sugar balancing, hormone balancing etc. I read here some time ago about some women using green tea with very good results in terms of regulating their menstrual cycles. To the women who use green tea, are you still getting good results? How much are you taking per day?

i have been drinking 1 glass of gren tea a night for th past week, not seen much diffrenace thou

I have not been specifically taking green tea but drink about 2 cups a day as I prefer it to normal tea or coffee. I must say that maybe this has helped lessen the side effects of met and perhaps has helped lessen my appetite as I seem to fill up really quickly lately. Sorry this isn't too much help.

Kat posted an article about Green Tea - just can't find it right now. It said you had to drink around 64oz of it to be beneficial. I drink about 4 cups a day, which is only about 1/2 the required amount, but I think it helps with appetite control and CM.
