Calling all severe acne, facial scars and discolouration sufferers!!!!!
Thought this might be an idea. If you could name one single product which you believe has dramatically improved you skin , what is it? If you can't just pin point one, then mention the one that you couldn't live without.
If i get enough replies i'll start a poll so that we can easilly click on and see which products work the best!
Oh by the way - i've been using l'oreal "pure" oil reducing moisturiser at night and feel a big improvement already. Don't know if this is cyclical so will have to wait and see. My scars don't seem so bad and my skin is brighter and clearer.
Anything from L'Oreal's "Pure Zone" line to keep acne "at bay" and for really big sore breakouts dabbing "Serious Skin Care" "Dry-Lo" absolutely does wonders, even if it is a little stinky.

My Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask!! I seriously have not gotten one zit since I started using it in November. Its amazing! If only I could find something to eliminate scars and red marks!!
Polysporin has helped alot with the scaring
and the only thing that has helped with the acne is the pill for me, btu only diane 35 that is the only one that worked.
I started with Spironolactone, but it got so cost prohibitive even though it worked very well on the zits... but the scarring was still there. I'm thinking about using Emu oil, but I also want to try a homemade clay mask I have, because the water-based moisturizer I'm using isn't completely getting rid of the scars. Now I'm using Saw Palmetto for the zits, it is working even better than the Spironolactone. Having to shave every morning and sometimes at night doesn't help the scarring though.
For my oily skin I panic when I run out of Shiseido pure (much much much better than L'Oreal) and Helena Rubinstein Mat Effect.
As for acne the only thing that truely worked for me is Diane 35
As for scars I don't think cremes help, I think dermabrasion is the only way. I'm considering it but I'm a bit scared.
