i have a question, is the blood level check, the same they do for diabetis? throughout the yrs i have had the levels, with the ultrasounds... and the levels come out fine, but the ultrasounds have the polycystic ovaries.... and no AF etc... all the studies confirm IR causes polycystic ovaries... wouldn't it show in my levels? i still do cinnamon, and ACV... because of the studies...

Faith, I have a friend w/no IR or any other symptoms of PCOS except the cysts on her ovaries.
hmmmm...so...maybe it's not always IR that causes it? IDK... but i have all the signs of it... not sure what happens first but... AF stops and weight comes on, if I get weight off, then AF comes back... at the same time... if i find someway to regulate AF weight comes off... for some reason, met made me gain 25lbs in 1 month... is that because i am not IR maybe...?IDK... IDK much this morning huh?
