I think I want to try the apple cidervinegar too.
I have the OVwatch and I really like it. I only used it 1 cycle and didnt use it this cycle because I was spotting forever so who knows when AF really started and you can only start using it from CD1-3. I will probably use it next month. It is expensive but alot of cysters have had some success from it so i figured it was worth a try since OPKs dont seem to like me much

What are the benifits of applecidar vinegar?is it suppose to be like cinnamon? help with IR , AF etc..?

oh, you start it at CD 1 - 3, and wear it thru your cycle... i see.... and they sell biosensors that you wear for one cycle for 39.00, so... that is more affordable. 198.00 for the OV Watch. hmmm.... i have to wait for AF to come, then I can consider those options.

yes, it works like cinnamon with IR, but it also helps with immune system, acid indigestion, chloresterol, yeast infections... plus i hear it helps with weight loss, i will say i haven't lost a lb yet, but that's what i hear.

I think it was about that amount but they give you 3 scensors so when you really think about it the watch is actually less money. They have a promotion going on if you are not PG in 3 months they will give you free scensors. So if you are thinking about it think quick lol so you can get some free ones...or hopefully you will not need the free ones
