i just got done looking at the OV Watch again... OK the bio sensors i was talking about goes to the watch... not to be used by itself... i just glanced at it earlier... now i understand it all.

Have you had fairly good luck pinpointing O with it? Do you use any other method of determinig O like BBT charting?

I don't temp, but I have pretty much been able to pinpoint O. I have 1 hi day 2 peak days and 1 hi day. I typically O (only on 2nd cycle, mind you), the 1st day of peak or that night.

Hi ladies!
The GTF chromium is suppose to help with IR. I also, ordered the hypoinnd but, I want to stick with the meds im already taking since so far they are working. I also, have tried using the CB ovulation thing but, since I have very long cycles it was a waste so I ended up selling it after trying it. I hope these herbs start working for you ladies soon. I say stick with it for a few months just to see if it works. It took me 2 weeks to ovulate after starting the gtf and cinnamon.

Well, I know I O'd for sure. My temp spiked real high this morning. I just cant wait until next cycle. I am very couris to see if and when I ovulate. GL ladies I will be checking on you all as well. Oh BTW I added Ins-toil (Spelling might be wrong) to my meds last night. Its suppose to help with weight loss so finger crossed.

I take Inositol too... haven't lost anything yet. It's suppose to be good for IR...
Shyest - i upped my Vitex to 1600mg Sat... and i am feeling really bloated, looking like i am PG... which i used to do this before AF yrs ago... did it have that effect on you? Things sound like they are going good for you, yeppie... i love it when our bodies do what they are suppose to.

OMGosh! I just started spotting!! I took Vitex for about three weeks and sporadically took Cinnamon during that same time. I haven't taken Vitex for a few days but I wonder if stopping it caused AF to come?
