I have a lady contacting me from Cameroon (West Africa) looking for help in placing her 3-month-old baby. I am fully aware that it might be a scam, and am not intending to pursue this at all for myself. But, just in case she is legit, does anyone know of an agency that deals with Cameroon? Their laws are pretty lax, and they don't have any agencies, just a case-by-case basis. I would appreciate any help or suggestions that I could pass on. I have already given her the website of an agency here that handles int'l. adoption, but they do not specialize in Cameroon. Thanks ladies!

How did this person come in contact with you. I have heard of these kinds of emails, they are scams. I wouldn't miss with it.

She responded to a profile that we have on a website. I do realize it's probably a scam, and, like I said, have no interest in the situation for myself. However, if anyone has information about an agency that specializes in this, I would like to pass it on.

Personally I wouldn't waste my time on it. She has the internet, she found you...if she's real she can find a agency.
