I just read your post and thought I would answer some of your questions. First off your levels are in the normal range so far. They will go up and down depending on what you have eaten, when you take them, how much stress your under, recent illnesses and the list goes on. The most accurate way to tell if you are diabetic is getting a 1hr glucose tolerance test (GTT) and having your hemoglobin A1C taken (a blood test that shows how much sugar has been in your system over a period of about a month). When I was diagnosed my fasting was readings for the GTT were 1hr 150, 2 hrs 242 & 3 hrs 292 which by this point they should have been going down. My A1C was 8.1 normal being 5-6 should be under 7 when TTC.
What you are looking for when TTC is keeping your post meals below 120 1hr after meals and when not TTC under 150 2hrs after meals. Since you are TTC I sugest you get your regular dr to do the 3hr GTT & taking your A1C because if you are diabetic you are at risk of birth defects if your sugars are not under control before conception. In order to be diagnosed w/ Type II you have to have 2 consecutive readings above 150 on the GTT.
