Hi Ladies

I dont know where to start, I have one round of Clomid left and then Im on my own so the herbal route is going to be my only hope!

I have absolutley no idea what to take, Ive been to the Alt remidies board but Im a little overwelmed by the amout of things some cysters take and in what quantities, I know that some things in the US are different than here, so thats why Im posting here.

Any small amount of info is greatly recieved

Hi Lynn
I know how you feel, I was looking on the alt. board too as that was what I was going onto which i did, I got some herbs from the U.S
I have Soy Isoflavones, Wild yam and Dong Quai if you want it, its no problem I have 3 bottles of each as it was 3 for 1 price. I will send you them over, no charge and no problem. They soy is meant to work like clomid, and the wild yam I think is for progesterone, but not sure you can do a search and check. But I would be only 2 happy to give you a bottle of each.

BCP 1996-97 (made me unbearable)
Sx: annovulation 3 years after BCP then v. irregular AF, overweight, mildly bad skin, mildly hairy, skin tags, dark patches
Took herbal prescription containing Vitex, also Multivitamin and Mineral, Chromium, B-Complex, Co-Enzyme Q10, Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc, Evening Primrose Oil and Folic Acid (just in case!) - AFs became regular at 35 days - IT WORKED!!! DS born 26th February 2004
