I just started taking Vitex about 2 weeks ago along with some other vitamin supplements, flaxseed oil, wheatgrass tablets, chromium and vit c. I just added Dong Quai today but wasn't sure how much to take. Does anybody have any idea? I am taking 1000 mg of the Vitex and 1000 mg of the Dong Quai since that is what is says on the bottle. It says 1 to 2 pills and they are 500 mg pills which I got from GNC. Can anyone help!? Also I know its not a good idea to take Dong Quai during your menses but other than that is it fine to take all month long.

Some ppl say not to take it after O etc but I don't Ovulate so I guess that wouldn't count for me? Thanks for your suggestions and input.

I would say just take what is recommended on the bottle like you are doing,Even though someone else maybe taking 3 pills a day as what is recommended on their bottle it is because theirs is probably weaker than yours
Also if you don't already do so i would start charting your temps then if it does show `o` you could stop taking the Dong quai straight away.
