Hi everyone,

I have agnus castus, saw palmetto, vit D and evening primrose in my cabinet but dont really know if these are right for me or what doses to take. think it might be best to see a specialist to tell me the best combo to take.
Im in london - can anyone recommend someone they've been to cos I haven't a clue.

Also, my conventional drs have never found anything wrong with me - i.e. blood levels, or cysts on ovaries - i do have increased facial hair, bad skin, hair loss on head however. which i want to get rid of. i am not overwieght therefore dont know if the problem is to do with insulin resistance - i think i tested normal for this too. Can herbalists do blood tests - sorry don't know how the whole deal works at all but want to find something that works.

Good luck. It sounds to me as if you have p.c.o.s or at least a hormone imbalance of some kind. Best to try as many different things as possible until you get it sorted out.
